/ Position: Guest Experience Supervisor - FBO / Location: Sharjah, UAE / Salary: Commensurate with experience/ Reporting To: FBO ManagerThe Role:Gama Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead the FBO Lounge team at Sharjah on a permanent basis. This role required a confident professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage the daily operations of the FBO Lounge. The primary responsibility is to ensure seamless service for crew members, VIP\'s and visiting guests.Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day lounge activities while liaising with airport authorities. Strong coaching experience is essential to foster a positive team environment. The Guest Experience Supervisor will report to the FBO Manager, providing regular updates on lounge activities and client movements./ Main Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the FBO lounge, coordinating with crew, clients, VIP\'s, aircraft management clients, Airport Authority staff, service providers.
Manage work schedules and rosters for lounge staff to ensure consistent coverage.
Serve as the primary contact and support to all clients using FBO facility.
Supervise, train and manage lounge staff to maintain high service standards and uphold Gama Aviation\'s reputation as the leading FBO and Operator in the region.
Stay informed of daily movements and prepare for client arrivals and departures.
Maintain strong relationships with airport departments and stakeholders.
Regularly review operations notices and monitor supplier quality, providing feedback as needed.
Manage lounge inventory and stock, ensuring all devices and appliances function properly and assist in planning and coordinating events.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Identify upselling opportunities for Gama services and collaborate with the commercial team.
Report safety hazards, participate in investigations, and implement mitigating actions.
Assist in investigating and responding to complaints or deficiencies in the FBO department, providing feedback on operational issues.
/ Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:Essential
Over 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or aviation sector.
Proven experience in supervising VIP, First, Business class lounges with an operator or leading airline.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, inventory oversight, cost control, staff scheduling, training, Health & Safety compliance.
Experience accommodating high-net-worth- individuals (HNWI), Royals and VIP passengers in the GCC region.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Flexible approach to work hours, ensuring availability for key guest arrivals and departures.
Valid UAE driving licence
