•Check-in/Check-out:• Guest attendants often handle the check-in and check-out process, which involves assigning rooms, issuing keys, processing payments, and managing guest accounts.
•Handling Requests:• Guest attendants assist guests with a variety of requests, such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or providing extra amenities.
Problem Solving: They are responsible for resolving guest issues and complaints, which may involve anything from a noisy neighbor to a malfunctioning appliance. They need to be able to think on their feet and find effective solutions.
•Communication:• Excellent communication skills are essential, as guest attendants interact with guests from diverse backgrounds and need to be able to convey information clearly and concisely.
