Escorts/guides patients/family/visitors to various departments within the hospital where necessary
Assists with any administrative duties as required such as photocopying etc
Provides excellent customer service to patients and families.
Responsible for attending mandatory trainings as specified by the Organization.
Assists colleagues, Supervisors, or team members when not busy.
Demonstrates an economical approach to the utilization of supplies.
Demonstrates strict adherence to all hospital policies and procedures
Demonstrates knowledge and participates in fire safety, patient safety, infection control and the other necessary precautionary measures as per hospital policy.

Qualifications:
Ability to work flexible shifts.
Good command of oral and written English. Spoken Arabic advantageous.
Possess a can do attitude and a flexible approach.
Ability to multi task within the team and possess good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and in a team
Demonstrates knowledge and practice of confidentiality policy.
Demonstrate motivation to work in a health care environment.
Must possess the ability to follow directions with and without supervision.
Demonstrated commitment to quality outcomes and ability to consult with staff regarding continuous improvement.
