Position Summary:Palazzo Versace Hotel is seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Ambassador to join the esteemed team at La Vita Restaurant & Bar. Oversee all aspects of reservations for La Vita Restaurant & Bar, including taking, confirming, and modifying bookings as necessary.

Guest Database Maintenance:
Manage and update the guest database, ensuring that all information is accurate and accessible to the service team.
Analyze guest data to identify trends and preferences, assisting in the development of personalized service initiatives.
Guest Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests regarding reservations, inquiries, and special requests, delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and to enhance their overall dining experience at La Vita.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the restaurant management team and staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding reservations and guest preferences.
Assist in training staff on the importance of guest database management and personalized service.
Promotional Activities:
Support marketing initiatives by utilizing guest data to promote upcoming events, specials, and personalized offers.
Participate in the planning and execution of special events, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding guest data protection and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a guest services or reservations role within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in reservation management systems and guest database software.
