A leading security company is looking for a dedicated guard's coordinator. Job description: Assisting the division head in preparing and implementing proper procedures and records for the division and providing administrative assistance in functioning of the division. Collection and systematic documentation of the various Guards Contracts and correspondences. Collection of details of new security guards joining the guards division and submission of their complete record to the accounts department along with the division head approval. Keeping updated records and sending updated list of security guards based on resignations, terminations and recruitments and information of new sites and their details to the accounts department for records. Carry out any other activities as directed by the reporting officer. Qualifications: Previous experience as guards coordinator or any related field University Diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of security procedure, protocols and best practices is essential Effective communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suites, and security equipments Knowledgeable in software database Interested candidates can send CV
