We operate in 38 countries and 136 airports globally.We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Hydraulic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems in ground support equipment (GSE) used in the aviation and transportation industries. Your expertise will ensure the reliable and efficient operation of hydraulic equipment, contributing to the overall success of our operations.In this role, you will:- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems and components in GSE equipment, including but not limited to aircraft tugs, baggage tractors, and ground power units. - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they become critical. - Diagnose hydraulic malfunctions, using appropriate testing equipment and techniques, and implement effective repair solutions. - Collaborate with other technicians and team members to troubleshoot complex hydraulic problems and develop innovative solutions. - Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including equipment conditions, maintenance schedules, and parts used. - Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working with hydraulic systems, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. - Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to GSE hydraulic systems to enhance skills and knowledge.To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in hydraulic engineering or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience as a hydraulic technician, preferably in the aviation or transportation industry. - Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and schematics. - Familiarity with GSE equipment and its hydraulic systems is highly desirable. - Proficiency in using hydraulic testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
