To develop Company sales & marketing business plans and budget and thereafter, evaluate business trends to modify strategies and then interprets, analyses, and manages budget to meet business objectives.
Provide constructive coaching and counselling to fellow employees.
To work with and motivate the sales team to develop the revenue management process of company.
To manage all marketing communication matters and activities whilst working with appointed Public Relations and Marketing Agency. Whilst ensuring an excellent rapport is established with all relevant media - locally, regionally, and internationally.
To maximize profitability for company, with a total revenue focus for major revenue centres which includes, Food & Beverage, Equestrian, Shooting, Water Sport, Karting, Recreational and Retail consistent with company objectives.
To identify prospective business partners for the purpose of promotions and public relations activities.
To promote and strengthen the positioning of company for the key business and market segments.
Preparation and administration of overall department budget and preparation of monthly and long-term strategic department plan.
Monitoring the sales performance through the compilation and preparation of all sales reports including forecast, budgets, weekly and monthly forecasts to ensure company objectives are met
Manage end to end social media strategy and implementation thereof, Manage Website and Application enhancements along with any digital footprint that would benefit the organisation,
Liaise with brand and customer service teams and support in conceptualising campaigns and activations on the ground,
Selection, training, supervision, and development of all sales and marketing personnel,Extensive interaction with all departments within Company in providing information concerning servicing and handling our members and guests.
Development and maintenance of key accounts through personal sales calls, correspondence with existing and potential client base, and attendance at both travel and related industry meetings and trade shows
Planning, developing, and implementing marketing programs designed to maximize revenues consistent with company objectives, keeping the focus on a 360 Degree approach covering all marketing channels.
Motivates and provides a work environment in which employee satisfaction can be reached.
Qualifications & Experience
Masters degree or bachelors in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field or equivalent commercial experience
Minimum 10 - 15 years UAE experience in hospitality and / or sports facilities environment or internationally at reputable establishment.
Strong understanding of database structures, reporting tools and computer systems
Strong leadership skills, organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines.
