The Global Gaming Growth team sits within TikTok's Global Gaming team, a division of TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) Division. The focus of this team is to partner closely with TikTok's Gaming Growth advertisers to develop solutions that connect TikTok's users to the games and brands they love. The Growth manager will support clients to focus on driving revenue, and advertiser business impact, by possessing an expert understanding of digital platform media operations and ecosystem. The Growth manager will be the advocate for the category and will work with our product and cross-functional teams to provide digital media solutions for our customers. Success in the position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fluid work environment, with a demonstrated ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our ever-evolving, unique ad product suite. Develop and manage day-to-day performance optimisation for clients. Success in this role requires a focus on client education, campaign measurement, and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok's ability to deliver against revenue goals.Responsibilities: - Deliver on revenue targets - Become an expert of gaming products and industry to drive enhancements to unlock revenue - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of key vertical market trends and customer opportunities. - Develop, manage, and consult on data-driven campaign analysis to ensure consistent revenue growth and impactful results for clients. - Leverage data to identify consumer trends and create vertical best practices / playbooks that drive business - Work closely with product strategy to drive product innovation, collecting advertiser feedback - Demonstrate a solid grasp of media buying and planning principles with a keen awareness of the competitive media mix for your clients. - Work closely with cross functional teams to build and scale vertical solutions/campaign learnings across our business in a timely and actionable manner. - Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation channels - Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Growth Gaming advertisers - Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok's auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real time analysis - Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings. - Conduct regular and strategic business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with various internal teams - Keep an accurate record of pending and active campaign plans and maintaining campaign schedules and availability of ad inventory - Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas, build team level expertise, and actively promote cross-regional/functional exchange and collaborationQualifications:Minimum qualifications: - Proven experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side - gaming expertise preferred - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and an ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders. - Deep understanding of user acquisition/ performance marketing with a passion for social media and gaming industry - Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement and using major tools like GA and MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, etcPreferred qualifications: - Self-motivated and quick to adapt, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
