Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Growth Hacker to drive awareness, sales, growth and engagement across our digital channels for our products and services. We're seeking someone who is a self-starter, works hands-on and lead by example, bringing both strategic insight and practical expertise at executing strategies for business growth.

Job Summary :
As an Innovative Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing various digital marketing channels to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of growth strategies, a passion for experimentation, and a knack for optimizing user acquisition, activation, and retention. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can leverage data, marketing, and product strategies to achieve scalable results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement growth strategies across channels, including social media, email, SEO, content marketing, PPC, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition.
• Strategize, Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Digital Marketing Campaigns : Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid search, email, and display ads.
• Social Media Marketing : Manage and grow our social media presence, create content, engage with the audience, and analyze performance to refine strategies.
• SEO : Conduct on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and optimize content to increase organic visibility and rankings.
• Marketing Automation: Strategize, Plan and Executive Strategies to run Multiple Marketing Automation tools for our different Business Units
• Performance Marketing : Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive leads, engagement, and conversion.
• Run Data-Driven Experiments: Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to continuously optimize marketing campaigns, customer journey, and conversion rates.
• User Acquisition and Retention: Identify, implement, and optimize tactics for user acquisition and retention, leveraging viral marketing, referral programs, and performance marketing.
• Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the conversion funnel from acquisition to retention, identifying and fixing bottlenecks that impact user engagement and revenue.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track and measure the success of campaigns using analytics tools, interpret data insights, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Experimentation and Growth Hacking : Continuously test new channels, creatives, and growth tactics to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams, content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor junior marketers, providing guidance on digital marketing best practices and campaign optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience : with a proven track record of growth hacking, digital marketing, campaign execution or similar role, ideally within a startup or high-growth company.
• Strong Understanding of SEO, Lead Magnets, Copywriting, Landing Pages, Link Building, A/B Testing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Paid Promotions, Performance Marketing, CRO, General Digital Marketing Activities Analytics tools, and Customer Journey optimization.
• Skills : Hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, Marketing Automation, SMM, Paid Promotions, Programmatic Advertising, BI & Analytics tools
• Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Creative Thinker : Ability to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and adapt to rapidly changing digital trends with excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for experimentation and continuous learning
• Team Player and Leader : Experience in managing and collaborating with a team, as well as independently executing campaigns.

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM - CDP Tools, Marketing Automation, Programmatic Advertising
• Experience with A/B testing tools, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Proficient in data analysis, with experience using SQL, Excel, or other tools to drive insights
• Experience working in Product-led or SaaS Based, fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing areas are a plus.
