2. JOB PURPOSE:





Achieve the Platform KPIs for the assigned area that includes the monthly GMV target, Retailer engagement metrics by driving efficiency in the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives.

The objective is to achieve this by superior engagement with the retailers, implementing the Hyke programs, improving the product catalogue relevant to the zone, growing the retailer base and providing recommendations to increase the productivity and revenue.
The function of the role also entails training and developments of the retail staff assigned in the respective zones and ensure all the stakeholders with retailers are aware of the key features and refreshers are done when new features are introduced.

The person should be a self-driven individual, with proven track record on achieving targets, having the ability to manage the key retailers specifically to achieve the targets. He should be able to address and resolve all the market issues arising in Platform horizon in a timely manner guide and motivate the conversion of trade buying into digital ordering as a behavioural change.

Dealer Acquisition, Instore Staff Enrolment

Number of dealers and instore staff acquired and maintained , Achievement v/s Set Targets

Hyke Dealer Engagement

Achieve the dealer engagement : No. of dealers placing orders against set target by category Instore staff engagement on Hyke features eg. ordering, incentive , view on communications, average time spend etc On-boarding of new suppliers/brands to the retailers

Dealer Support Management Resolve the queries within the stipulated time arising on usage, ordering, support on new features, refreshers for new staff etc.

5. jOB cONTEXT:





To implement and execute the tasks assigned to drive the GMV and engagement with Hyke Dealer Application and support the retailers and new suppliers through structured and quality interactions.


The role has to provide direction, guidance, right information and technical support to drive GMV through platform App, bring in new dealers and enrol the staff , ensure dealer engagement through repeat ordering, incentive pay out management , tactical promotions , credit evaluation and resolution of customer queries within reasonable time

6. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Liaise with Associate Growth Manager, Operations team and logistics to ensure the highest service level to Hyke retailers

External





External: Support Trade and drive the behavioural change and sustain the conversion to digital sales and support any operational glitches that may arise.
