During your tenure as an Account Manager, you will support the Strategic Account Lead Partner (LCSP) for one of the largest public sector entities in the region. Working with the LCSP and account leadership teams, you will act as one of the main point of contact for Account Planning, Account Operations, Marketing/Eminence, Knowledge Management and other Strategic Initiatives.Account Planning
Support the LCSP to develop, drive and implement account strategies and initiatives; coordinate account planning across service lines and for the different regions.
Support LCSP in monitoring and supporting the deployment of the multiple initiatives within the priority accounts program.
Monitor priority account performance - provide regular reports on priority accounts financial and other performance indicators.
Responsible for the preparation of material for account lead calls which include pipeline, year to date revenue and revenue against plan.
Proactively manage priority account meetings, track and follow up on key actions/next steps and report progress on a monthly basis.
Support LCSP and the account team to ensure that the account plan for all the priority accounts are updated regularly.
Account Operations
Prepare and analyze account performance information against the financial year Plan.
Responsible for the reporting of monthly performance documents which highlight revenue, account performance, and pipeline at the overall account level and for priority accounts.
Develop and distribute monthly account newsletter.
Proactively manage all ad-hoc account reporting requests - Global and regional.
Support LCSP in Annual Account planning and Target setting process.
Marketing/Eminence and Knowledge Management
Support the execution of client activities; source relevant support across the organization including marketing, communications, and events.
Create the calendar of account marketing/eminence activities.
Work with the Brand, Marketing and Communication team to help develop the eminence execution plan.
Coordinate with the sector team in creation of Account/Sector Go-to-Market documents.
Other Strategic Initiatives
Track Account Funding Status.
Support the Leader in Managing Quarterly Account Workshop.

Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any other related business studies.
English language fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency (advanced) with Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in the Government & Public Services industry is a plus.
Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization.
