KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Content Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement content strategies that align with DP World's branding and marketing goals. Create and manage high-quality content for digital and print channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Customer Engagement and Copywriting: Understand and engage with the target audience to create compelling and resonant content. Utilise exceptional copywriting skills to craft clear, persuasive, and impactful messages that drive customer engagement.
• Blog Writing and SEO: Write, optimise, and manage engaging blog content to drive organic traffic and increase search engine visibility. Implement SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability and rank for relevant keywords.
• Whitepapers and Research: Conduct in-depth research and produce comprehensive whitepapers that establish thought leadership and provide valuable insights to the audience. Create detailed reports and case studies highlighting DP World's expertise and success stories.
• Digital Marketing: Execute Ad content to enhance our ads for CTR; this includes managing digital marketing initiatives, such as email marketing campaigns, to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Content Creation and Management: Produce and oversee the creation of long-form and short-form content such as whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, blog posts, and social media updates. Ensure content complies with brand tone of voice guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Storytelling and Video Content: Develop engaging narratives and compelling stories for both short-form and product-based videos. Collaborate with the video production team to create impactful video content that showcases DP World's offerings and value proposition that resonates with the audience.
• Content Operations (Content Ops): Own the operations of all content-generating assets, leading to better quality content, faster content, and happier teams. Implement initiatives to increase adherence to content guidelines.
• Collaboration : Partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Collaborate with the performance marketing and paid media teams to align content across all channels.
• Research and Analysis: Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to optimise and improve content strategies. Utilise data-driven insights to enhance content effectiveness and ROI.
• Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a content creator to achieve high-quality output and professional growth. Establish best practices within the content team to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strategic Planning: Devise annual content refresh forecasts, localising content based on customer demand, trends, and key regional dates. Partner with the trading strategy team to improve brand expression and engagement across all channels.
• Deployment and Optimization: Ensure timely and accurate content deployment across all channels and devices. Continuously review tools and processes to ensure alignment with industry standards and reduce manual tasks.
• Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing. Implement innovative content strategies to keep DP World at the forefront of digital marketing.

• Content Repurposing and Distribution : Repurpose and repackage written content into various formats, including LinkedIn posts, videos, and podcasts. Utilise a multi-channel content distribution strategy to reach target audiences across multiple platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional certifications in content marketing, SEO, or digital marketing are advantageous.

Experience:

• Whitepapers and Research : Proven experience in producing comprehensive whitepapers, research reports, and case studies.
• Video Content : Experience in developing and managing short-form and product-based video content.
• Team Leadership: Significant experience leading and mentoring content teams, implementing best practices, and optimising workflows.
• Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the logistics, supply chain, or related industry is a plus.
• Performance Analysis: Experience monitoring and analysing content performance metrics to inform and refine content strategies.
• Strategic Planning: Experience in devising and implementing strategic content plans that drive business growth and engagement.
