:To design and implement the delivery of Interior Designing of project/s from the initial stages to the final stage, ensure required specifications are met as per BU requirements and ensure good quality of work all the time.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Work on Sketch up to develop project visual concept
• Work on Photoshop for any enhancement to projects over view
• Produce shop drawings, layouts, spacing and design for projects on AutoCAD,
• Project manage from planning to closing.
• Able to execute and ensure all construction related work is done seamlessly
• Check the market for New interior material that can be utilized in projects
• Check the market for sustainable interior material that can be utilized in projects
• Make sure all projects under go value engineering
• Prepare projects in house specifications
• Understand client requirements
• Ensure all project requirements are met
• Prepare ER for tendering
• Technically evaluate tenderers to ensure highest quality of work for projects.
• Follow up on sites for quality control and management of site execution
• Develop interior designs concepts
• Reasonable selection of furniture
• Prepare Tender drawings
• Ensure that the project budgets and estimates produced are well monitored
• Conduct site visits
• Review and finalize cost and work schedule
• Provide status reports on project progress
• Promote and demonstrate positive behaviours in harmony with DP World\'s Founder\'s Principles, values and culture
• Ensure that the highest levels of safety in projects
• Understand and adhere to DP World\'s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Holding Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or architecture degree.
• 4 to 6 years\' experience in similar environment
• Knowledge of design techniques, drawings, materials & methods and has effective communication skills.
• Photoshop for image editing, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Applications.
• Creative as well as analytical thinker with th3e ability to bring structure to ambiguity
• Ability to report on project performance up to Executive level
• Working skills of Photoshop for image editing, adobe illustrator, MS office applications, AutoCAD, Google Sketchup
