Job Description

:

• Overall management of Project Managers and of all concurrent projects undertaken by the Company
• Preparation, monitoring and management of capacity and resource-based project schedules, ensuring timely resource availability to ensure work advances within individual project delivery timeframes
• Optimized and timely sourcing of resources, and their deployment and monitoring to ensure individual and concurrent project expenses stay within allocated budgets
• End-to-end management of individual project managers and their respective projects including planning, commercial, scheduling, etc.
• Function as the Project Management Representative of the Company for all Clients and their respective Projects ensuring clear communication and appropriate client interaction
• Thorough review, adjustment and management of individual project work procedures, execution plans, and contract specific work procedures as needed to ensure these are aligned with Company's goals and Client requirements
• Create and implement standardized processes for fabrication shop and site tank projects to improve efficiency and optimize costs
• Present timely project status reports to stakeholders as required and provide summary and detailed analysis of individual projects upon completion for improving the operational efficiency of the organization.
• Function as Focal point for Management for all company-wide activities from resource and equipment planning, workforce recruitment, induction and control, and maximized capacity-utilization management

Requirements

• B Tech, BE /M tech (Mechanical/Production)
• PMP is highly desirable
• Minimum of 20 years of full-time work experience, with Production and Project Management experience of at least 15 years, and with majority of the experience being with ASME authorized fabrication facilities
• Excellent man-management and demonstrated problem-resolution skills.
• Leadership skills with ability to take timely decisions in line with the project requirements.
• 7-10 years of construction experience in site construction for the O&G sector.
• GCC driving license preferred though not necessary.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
