• Bachelor\'s degree in Science, Engineering or Technology. Master Degree is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise software product management with proven track record in strategic planning, execution and successful delivery of the software implementation projects, ensuring the systems meets user needs and business objectives.
• Proven track record in leading techno-functional and operations teams remotely in gathering requirements through discovery/definition, design, development, client acceptance, launch and ongoing support management.
• Demonstrated ability in managing software product roadmap in large multinational organisation, focusing on global business needs and industry trends, proactively managing product backlog and development, effectively communicating with business stakeholders and business units within the company, as well as promoting the benefits of the systems.
• Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products. Experience incorporating product and operations feedback to craft long term vision and quarterly roadmaps.
• Knowledge in Port Terminals, Logistics, ERP & Freezone Business is a plus.
• Knowledge in Business Process Reengineering, Object Oriented Systems Analysis and Design
• Ability to apply innovative approaches to solving complex technical issues.
