Lead the development of marketing strategies for the group and all its entities. Manage and inspire the marketing team to implement these strategies through, non-digital and digital, creative campaigns.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Providing leadership in creating & implementing a strong brand presence across all online/ offline platforms.
Building and managing a high-performing marketing team that handles the offline & online marketing aspects & thus supports the achievement of the business objectives.
Create & execute different annual strategic & seasonal marketing/ communication plans according to budget, objectives & requirements.
Serve as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring that all brand guidelines are followed.
Oversees the advertising & promotional activities in collaboration with different external agencies: Creative, Digital & social media, PR. Research & Events.
Develop all marketing collateral, promotional pieces & advertising campaigns through traditional & innovative ideas.
Grow strong relationships with the media as well as with partners in each relevant brand sector.
Leverage existing media relationships & cultivate new contacts within business & industry media.
Ensure that all websites and other digital channels are managed properly, up to date, and compliant with the rules of the platform providers.
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly (define KPIs and targets and work toward these)
Manage the entire CRM process.
Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle and ensure that communications across all channels are aligned at all times.
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
Collaborate with the business development team to ensure both their strategies and plans are aligned
Education & Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Advertisement, communications, or relevant field.
Candidates with the Healthcare, Education, Hospitality or Services industry/Group holding companies will be highly preferred for this role
Professional chartered marketer (preferred)
10 to 15 years\' experience in similar role
Deep knowledge of digital & traditional Marketing.
Corporate environment experience.
Must be creative with proven record of related achievements.
