They are seeking a strategic and visionary Group Marketing and Communications Director to lead marketing and communications efforts across the portfolio of brands and businesses. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support business objectives across all channels and touchpoints. Lead a team of marketing and communications professionals, providing strategic direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to align marketing and communications efforts with overall business goals and objectives. Drive the development of creative assets, content, and messaging that effectively communicate brand value proposition and resonate with target audiences. Utilize market research, consumer insights, and data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within marketing and communications efforts. Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and analyze ROI to optimize marketing spend and drive maximum impact. Oversee corporate communications, including media relations, public relations, and crisis communications, to protect and enhance the company's reputation and brand image. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and communications, leveraging insights to innovate and differentiate the brand in the market. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in senior marketing and communications roles within the consumer industry, with a track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business results. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, able to conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that differentiate our brand and drive competitive advantage. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software; experience with CRM systems preferred.
