Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
Inventory Planning:
Analyze sales trends and customer demand to forecast inventory needs and ensure optimal stock levels across all product lines.
Coordinate with the sales team to adjust inventory plans according to customer demand, promotional activities and product launches.
Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure cost-effective stock availability.
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with the procurement team to maintain operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness related to inventory orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to optimize inventory turnover and minimize overstocking.
Support stock arrangements and perpetual inventory checking.
Utilize inventory management tools to track stock movements, generate reports, and provide data analyses for decision-making.
Develop strategic approach to inventory management that would be aligned with the Zahrawi\xe2\x80\x99s goals to achieve financial targets and maintain customer satisfaction through timely product availability.
Manage relationships with suppliers to achieve favorable conditions related to minimum order quantities and inventory delivery schedules.
Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions to resolve issues and improve inventory level accuracy.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize overstocking.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare periodic reports related to inventory levels across all product lines.
Record inventory levels and discrepancies, identify inventory losses, surplus and shortages.
Calculate inventory statistics and analyze data to optimize the inventory management system.
Maintain updated inventory data for useful reporting.
Conduct monthly meetings with all business unit teams and report expiry / near expiry and collect liquidation plans.
Map liquidation plans progress % and report to the team to ensure that the planned liquidation is met.
Brief business leaders about the inventory levels and liquidation plans progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree
Experience: 2+ years as applicable related to the field.
Job Skills: Ms. Office Skills (Excel formulas, Pivot) Advanced user Excel and preferably BI expert.
Additional Details: Candidate will be based in Dubai and will be covering across the group regions (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman & Bahrain).
