Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Executive - Internal Group Communications to be based in Dubai with the following skills but not limited to:

Minimum 7 years of experience in a communication or marketing role, preferably with a focus on internal / IT communications. Prior experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders. Communications are carefully considered and optimized for each audience - through precise tailoring and creative execution. Increased participation and uptake of IT systems, processes and portals to enhance efficiencies in working. Positive feedback on communication campaigns, support, materials and events (where applicable). . Timely and precise execution of communication plans for strategic programmes, projects and initiatives. Positive participant engagement and feedback from virtual and physical events. Efficient streamlining of communication work flows, resulting in increased overall process efficiency. Adherence to budget constraints and meticulous management of allocated resources. Efficient liaison with agencies where required, being mindful of budgetary costs. Management and delivery of work schedule, utilizing Group Communications project management tools.
