Key Responsibilities:Audit Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan in alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify high-risk areas and prioritize audit activities.
• Plan and perform audits covering financial, operational, and compliance aspects across FMCG, Retail, and Manufacturing operations.

Risk Management and Internal Controls:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Assess risks in business processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and applicable laws.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting and regulatory standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management and the Audit Committee.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.

Process Improvement:

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in internal controls.

Leadership and Communication:

• Provide training and guidance to operational teams on risk management and compliance.
• Act as a liaison between external auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Present audit findings and updates to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Key Requirements:Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) , CA (Chartered Accountant) , or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in multi-national or multi-entity environments is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of internal audit standards, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of business processes in FMCG, Retail, and Manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in data analytics and audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA).
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED23,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
