Job Description
-Practice compliance & implementation of applicable UAE labor laws and regulations-Must have full knowledge on how to work with agencies, both locally and overseas to include their agreements.-Ability to handle recruitment needs through overseas employment and outsourcing projects to include outsourcing contracts.-Manage screening tests for new employees (psychometric tests).-Handle full range of HR administrative tasks ( from onboarding, employee records, compensation and benefits, etc.).
