The Role

: o Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources. o Oversee employee compensation, recruitment, and personnel policies. o Manage performance assessments, regulatory compliance, and provide support. o Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risk. o Prepare and present reports on HR performance to senior management.

Position Title: Group HR Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based top service provider in the UAE for almost two decades, and contribute to delivering exceptional solutions for customers Qualifications: o Open to Arabic nationalities o 40 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field o Minimum of 3 years experience in same role o Experience in managing HR functions across multiple locations or divisions o In-depth understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance issues relevant to HR o Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI) is highly desirable
