  • Creates an enabling culture so that staff pursue a healthy lifestyle and are motivated to take a hands-on and can-do approach to the Group business, reacting rapidly to new initiatives, meeting planned targets, pursuing career objectives, and demonstrating preferred high-performance behaviors.
  • Contributes to the development of the HCM strategy for the organization that supports and enables the achievement of overall company objectives in coordination with the Business Development Executive. Leads efforts for all HCM programs and deliverables, ensuring the strategy is implemented.
  • Defines and develops the HCM strategy for the organization (UAE and other locations) that supports and enables the achievement of overall company objectives, with a special focus on developing strategies for achieving agreed targets. Develops workforce planning strategies in partnership with other functions to enable the achievement of company goals and objectives for the long term.
  • Ensures that the full suite of personnel management offerings is provided to meet the requirements of internal customers in line with expectations from service level agreements. This includes the provision of all government services such as visas and permits; management of staff databases (access, updates, and retrieval); preparation of routine reports; disciplinary processes; grievance procedures; etc.
  • Ensures the HCM database is maintained by relevant HCM personnel and liaises with IT on database issues; maintains the organization tree on the HCM database (attendance/employee details).
  • Initiates and tracks manpower planning processes for the company in coordination with the departments, forecasting manpower projections for the company for the long term, taking into account internal employee movements and vacancies for departments.
  • Maintains an extensive network of internal and external contacts to ensure that the company is optimally positioned in its understanding of business, economic, and commercial challenges and opportunities.
  • Provides an integrated administration policy and procedural framework that responds efficiently and effectively to shareholder needs and expectations, supporting growth and productivity for the group across all locations.
  • Provides an empowering view of HCMs mission, vision, values, and key HCM strategic objectives so that the team is fully aware of current and future opportunities and challenges.
  • Provides leadership and direction to the HCM team so that they are empowered to meet demanding targets and are managed to deliver outstanding results in line with business and budget targets.
  • Partners with leaders of the group in organizational development and in developing the manpower plan to meet organizational objectives. Integrates the recruitment and performance management process to ensure that staff of the required caliber can deliver value in line with the business plan.
  • Takes the lead on health, safety, and environment (HSE) matters, ensuring that safe systems of work and safe conditions are in place within the area of responsibility.
  • Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources management, with 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement Human Capital Management (HCM) strategies that align with business goals in diverse geographical regions, including the UAE.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and empower HR teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in the UAE and other operational regions.
  • Strong analytical skills for workforce assessment, manpower forecasting, and data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and experience in managing employee relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and the ability to implement safe work systems.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and experience collaborating with IT on database management issues.
  • Willingness to travel as required and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
