The Role
• Practice compliance & implementation of applicable UAE labor laws and regulations - Must have full knowledge on how to work with agencies, both locally and overseas to include their agreements. - Ability to handle recruitment needs through overseas employment and outsourcing projects to include outsourcing contracts. - Manage screening tests for new employees (psychometric tests). - Handle full range of HR administrative tasks ( from onboarding, employee records, compensation and benefits, etc.).
