PIPECARE Group - the leading provider of inline inspection services in Oil & Gas field - is looking for the Group HR Director to join our Team.
The Group Human Resource Director (HRD) will have an overall responsibility for development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures as well as ensuring their compliance with the local labor laws; HRD will provide guidance and support to Corporate and regional offices in implementation of human resources plans, performance management, training and development. S/he will provide a range of human resource management services including recruitment and induction, salary and benefits administration, employee relations and welfare services, as well as support PIPECARE organizational and talent development initiatives.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Implement and update company policies and procedures as required.
Manage the recruitment, selection and placement process for Senior Leaders.
Design and manage annual and long-term incentive plan programs to improve attraction, retention and alignment with corporate strategy
Design and oversee induction, orientation and onboarding of new employees.
Design and oversee skills management, training and talent development programs
Manage disciplinary action procedures and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
Handle performance management issues in collaboration with local HR Manager
Implement secure and confidential HR Management System.
Conduct detailed investigations for major disputes with employees
Skills/Experience required:
Masters or Bachelor's Degree preferably or a certified course in HR
Minimum 15 years of experience out of which 5 years of Managerial role
Significant exposure to HR best practices in various geographies (particularly hands on experience in Canada and USA, but with exposure to other regions such as Latin America, Europe, EMEA)
Experience in ensuring full compliance of the company's activities and procedures with labor legislation in various regions
Knowledge of HR budget preparation and control
Demonstrated stakeholder and change management experience
Demonstrated experience in areas such as employee engagement, talent management and succession planning
Other Requirement:
Ability to travel without any major visa restrictions due to citizenship [1-2 times per quarter (up to 1-week business trip)].
Accountability:
Coordinate HR-related issues with top management.
Recruit the relevant candidates on time
Oversee the HR representatives in Territories.
Ensures the compliance to corporate HR policies and procedures.
