Designation: Group Finance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our diversified business group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, and strategic planning within the interior, fit-out, joinery, and building materials trading industries. They will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the group through sound financial practices and business insights.

Aptitude: Dynamic, passionate, proactive, well-presentable, super organized.

Education: Degree in Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent

Experience: 7-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for all business units.
• Develop and implement robust financial controls and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and present insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions and growth objectives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new projects and investments.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and industry-specific regulations.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings in manufacturing, procurement, and operations.
• Implement cost-control measures across the group to improve profitability.
• Manage and mentor the finance team across multiple business units.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory).
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA (preferred).
• MBA in Finance or a related specialization is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior finance position.
• Proven track record in industries such as interior fit-out, joinery, timber craft, or building materials trading.
• Strong knowledge of financial management software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with IFRS and local taxation laws.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
