You will be responsible for developing strong relationship within your assigned Groups + Events segments to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You\'ll also seek for increasing production and revenue for the hotel in order to meet and exceed annual hotel budgets.

Responsible for contracting and planning group room blocks and meeting spaces from start to finish according to client requirements.
You\'ll be responsible for preparing all event/ group documentation and coordinating with the client and suppliers to ensure consistent high-level service.
Send weekly reports on events & groups to all hotel departments for future business overview.
You\'ll be in charge of administrative activities of the department
You\'ll work in an organized and strategic manner, analyzing business reports and data daily to keep updated with the business\' needs.

Previous experience in Opera is preferred
English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language and any additional languages would be an asset especially Arabic.
