Lead nursing practice and developing nursing strategies for the group to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and meet standards of care.
Provide vision, strategic direction, and technical leadership to enable the delivery of the business aims and objectives of NMC Healthcare.
Build collaborative nurse leaders who inspire and motivate our workforce within a value based culture.
Collaborate with other healthcare executives to create and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective nursing operations and manage costs.
Develop and implement nursing strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to nursing staff and management teams.
Foster a culture of safety, excellence, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures that meet accreditation standards, legal requirements, and ethical obligations.
Oversee recruitment and retention of nurses, evaluate staffing requirements, and develop education programs to support nursing professional development.
Represent the nursing department and advocate for patient care at the executive level.
Work closely with CCO and the corporate clinical team to develop a cohesive clinical work force which is focused on patient safety and quality of care.
Evaluate and mitigate clinical risks identified.
Oversee nursing resource allocation, including staff, equipment, and supplies, to meet patient needs while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Drive the strategic development of the NMC services in accordance with local health needs, business development, education and research priorities
Compliance:
Maintain a functioning and sustainable compliance management system in the subject matter area for which they have been appointed which includes:-
Identification and assessment of all compliance risks in their subject matter areas
Mitigation of all compliance risks in their subject matter areas
Monitor and ensure management of all nursing risk in line with NMC Group's ERM policy and framework
Knowledge and Skills
Successful track record of senior nursing leadership at corporate level within a complex acute and long term healthcare environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety systems and processes including clinical risk and safeguarding vulnerable people.
Knowledge and credibility across wide range of infection control measures and management.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of current health & social care issues
Experience of successfully leading and managing a diverse team.
Demonstrable experience of leading and effectively managing change in large complex environments.
Experience of delivering change in service delivery /culture shift..
Able to make a significant contribution to NMC Nursing cost improvement programme to reconcile affordability, safety and quality.
An understanding of healthcare planning, systems and processes and service improvement methodologies

Qualifications:Qualification :-
Master's Degree - Nursing or Healthcare Administration (MSN/MHA)
Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
Leadership/Management Training and Regulatory/Compliance Education are essential.
Experience
12+ years of experience in leadership roles in nursing, including at least 5 years in a hospital leadership position. UAE experience and group leadership role will be an advantage.
