The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling and possess the technical skills to produce high-quality content that captivates our audience. You will work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, Creative Specialists, and Videographer to bring our client\'s brand\'s vision to life through compelling visuals.Job Responsibilities:
Filming: Capturing high-quality footage based on the project brief. Managing lighting, sound, and camera settings to ensure optimal shooting conditions. Directing subjects or interviewees, ensuring they\'re comfortable and look natural on camera. Ensuring continuity and consistency throughout the shoot.
Video Editing: Conceptualize, edit, and refine video content from our existing content bank to create high-quality, engaging videos for various channels, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Content Visualization: Expertly visualize content before production, developing clear and compelling concepts that align with our brand\'s objectives.
Storyboarding: Craft immersive storyboards that map out the visual and narrative flow of video content, ensuring that all elements work together to tell a cohesive and compelling story.
Shoot Planning: Prepare detailed shoot plans and resource lists, coordinating with videographers, operational teams, and other requirements to ensure that creative visions are effectively brought to life.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, Creative Specialists, and Videographer to ensure that all photo and video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Creative Direction: Guide the production process with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, ensuring that each video project meets the highest standards of creativity and quality.
Content Bank Management: Manage and organize video and image content resources, ensuring easy access and efficient use of the content bank.
AI Tools: Stay updated on and integrate relevant AI tools that can enhance video editing, content visualization, and storytelling processes.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content maintains brand consistency, enhancing our overall brand image and messaging.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation preferably within the travel, tourism, leisure, and entertainment industry.
Proven experience in video editing, storyboarding, and content visualization.
Strong portfolio showcasing video filming and editing work, storyboards, and creative planning.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and storyboard tools.
Ability to craft clear, compelling narratives through video content.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and videography teams.
Background in working with premium or exclusive brands, where attention to detail and brand alignment are critical.
Familiarity with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
Awareness and experience with AI tools for content creation, especially in video editing and content visualization.
