Responsibilities:
Operations & Management : Oversee the daily operations of our holiday homes, ensuring properties are in pristine condition and meet Aurora's high standards.
Guest Relations : Act as the primary contact for guests. Assist them with any requests, questions, or concerns before, during, and after their stay. Provide detailed information about our properties, services, and the local area. Handle complaints and issues, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation. Keep records of guest interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Promote and upsell additional services and experiences offered by Aurora.
Booking & Reservations : Manage all aspects of bookings using property management software and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
Feedback Handling : Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement measures to improve guest satisfaction.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure the optimal guest experience. Schedule cleaning tasks for changeovers.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Previous experience in holiday home management, guest relations, or a similar role in the hospitality sector. (preferred, but not required)
• Outstanding organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using property management software.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Dubai's attractions, culture, and local hotspots.
• Problem-solving attitude, with the ability to gracefully manage challenging situations.
• Flexible mindset, holiday homes business operates on a 24/7 basis. (day offs are provided)
• UAE driving license (required)
• Own car (preferred, but not required)
