We are looking for a

GRMS Specialist Engineer

to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced GRMS (Guest Room Management System) solutions tailored for the hospitality industry. This role focuses on enhancing guest experiences through cutting-edge technologies in hotel automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement

GRMS solutions

according to modern hospitality standards. Install and program control devices, smart lighting, climate control systems, audio-video setups, and security features within guest rooms. Provide technical support and periodic maintenance for GRMS installations to ensure optimal performance. Analyze client requirements and deliver customized GRMS solutions that align with their operational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between various systems, including PMS (Property Management Systems) and other hotel technologies.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in GRMS design and implementation. Strong knowledge of automation systems and IoT technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and protocols is a plus.
