Greek Chef de Cuisine - Authentic Greek & Mediterranean Cuisine | Leisure & Family Resort | Egypt

We are looking for an experienced Greek Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen in preparing authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisines for a luxury leisure and family resort in Egypt. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen in preparing traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes with high standards of authenticity and quality.
• Train and mentor the local kitchen team, ensuring adherence to authentic recipes and presentation techniques.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chefs to maintain the culinary vision and elevate the dining experience for guests.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, stock control, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Design seasonal menus showcasing the rich flavours of Greek cuisine, with a focus on family-friendly dining experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-end resort, restaurant, or hotel with a focus on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience training and mentoring kitchen staff.
• In-depth knowledge of Greek culinary traditions and techniques.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and ensure top-quality service.
• Passionate about food presentation, creating an exceptional guest experience.
