We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized GRC Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help manage and support projects that ensure our organization meets governance, risk management, and compliance objectives. Key Responsibilities o Project Management: o Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines for GRC initiatives. o Coordinate resources, tasks, and stakeholders to meet project goals. o Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, progress reviews, and status updates. o Stakeholder Engagement: o Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners. o Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance SMEs to align objectives. o Ensure consistent communication of project updates and outcomes. o Risk Management: o Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting project risks and compliance concerns. o Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and tracking of controls. o Compliance Monitoring: o Coordinate compliance audits and activities to meet regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2). o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance efforts. o Monitor the execution of GRC policies and controls within projects. Requirements o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field. o Proven experience in project coordination or management (GRC experience preferred). o Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and standards. o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
