Lead the team in planning and managing engagements, conducting fieldwork, discussing findings with clients, preparing supporting work papers, and delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
Assist in developing proposals and supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities, creating client-focused solutions, and building strong professional relationships.
Stay updated on advancements in technology, the UAE market, relevant professional standards, and industry-specific developments.
Uphold the highest professional standards, enhance technological expertise, and build market credibility through continuous learning and active participation in professional groups and networking.
Oversee client service delivery in line with BDO UAEs quality guidelines and methodologies, ensuring exceptional standards of work.
Establish and strengthen relationships with clients (functional heads & key influencers) and internal teams.
Support internal initiatives such as thought leadership, surveys, and client events, contributing to service diversification and new business offerings.
Identify opportunities to expand the firms client portfolio, increase revenue, and support cross-selling of other firm services.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in a similar profile.
Experience working with Big4 entities.
A Bachelors degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Must possess a professional certification such as CISA, CISM & Data Privacy(CIPM, CIPP or ISO27701)
Must have experience in implementing the regulatory & compliance framework requirements(NESA, ADHICS AND ISR)
