Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graphic Designer to join our secondment project in Doha, Qatar.

. Develops the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. Creates visual concepts & presentations including illustrations, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas and information visually. . Creates visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics. . Puts together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs, and other components necessary for a website design. . Consult with clients' marketing, copywriting, and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients' corporate cultures and goals. . Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. . Plans concept by studying information and materials. . Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. . Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval. . Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment. . Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. . Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment. . Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers etc. . Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies. . Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. . Ensures effective and on-time delivery of design solutions with great accuracy proficiency and aesthetics. . Performs other duties and responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10+ years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor in relevant field such as Graphics Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent. Proficiency with design software and technologies, with extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mock-ups, web design and multimedia presentation. Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript. Experience working with WordPress templates. Experience with computer-aided design.
