We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Graphics and Web Team Admin to manage and coordinate the workflow of our graphics team and ensure smooth communication between teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, proficiency in organizational tools like Trello, and a strong understanding of Google Drive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Task Management:
• Oversee and manage the task assignments and progress of the graphics team.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of tasks by coordinating with team members.
• Track and update task progress using tools like Trello or similar platforms.
• Photo and Content Management:
• Upload, organize, and maintain photos and other content on designated platforms or storage systems.
• Ensure content is correctly labeled and accessible to relevant teams.
• Team Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the graphics team, web team, and purchasing team.
• Facilitate communication and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
• Coordinate team meetings, share updates, and resolve any communication gaps.
• Tool Management:
• Maintain and organize team files using Google Drive.
• Ensure all team members have access to relevant materials and tools.
• Proactive Initiative:
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline workflow.
• Anticipate team needs and take the initiative to address them.
• Communication:
• Draft and send professional emails and updates to team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and concise written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Detail-Oriented Support:
• Double-check all uploads, task assignments, and deliverables to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with team members as needed.
Qualifications:
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
• Experience:
• Previous experience in task management, admin, or coordination roles.
• Familiarity with Trello or other project management tools.
• Required Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in using Google Drive, Trello and related tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
