Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketer
with expertise in leveraging Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) to create engaging content and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
Design visually compelling graphics for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Create engaging posts, ads, stories, and carousels for organic and paid social campaigns.
Develop dynamic visuals for social media profiles, banners, and cover photos.
Ensure all designs are optimized for mobile and desktop view across Meta platforms.
Work closely with the content and marketing teams to execute creative concepts and campaigns.
Social Media Marketing (Meta Platforms)
Manage, schedule, and post content across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta-owned platforms.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts and ads using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and other analytic tools.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and drive traffic.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and maintain a positive online presence for the brand.
Run targeted paid social media campaigns and optimize them based on performance data.
Keep up-to-date with Meta's algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to continuously improve content and campaign strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on content themes, campaigns, and goals.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, impressions, reach, and ROI for paid campaigns.
Analyze competitor activity and trends to inform strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing social media designs.
Solid understanding of Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.), their features, and tools like Meta Ads Manager.
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies, including content creation, paid advertising, and community management.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
Ability to adapt design style to different brand voices and target audiences.
Excellent communication skills, both written and visual.
Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with video editing and motion graphics (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with other social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and cross-platform strategies.
Familiarity with SEO and how it relates to social media marketing.
Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations.
