Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Duties:

• Design Creation: Develop and design high-quality graphics, layouts, and visuals for websites, social media, marketing materials, and print media.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Content Development: Create and edit visual content for presentations, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce polished and professional work.

IT Support Duties:

• Technical Assistance: Provide first-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Installation & Configuration: Install and configure software applications, operating systems, and hardware components as needed.
• User Training: Assist in training employees on new technologies, software applications, and best practices for IT security.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and IT inventory; develop user guides and documentation as needed.
• Network Support: Assist in the management of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
