We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and proficiency in both graphic design and video editing software. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to produce compelling visual content for our brand, including graphics for digital and print media, as well as video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. Responsibilities:
- Design and create visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other digital artwork for various platforms including social media, websites, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Develop engaging video content from concept to completion, including storyboard creation, video shooting, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with brand objectives and target audience.
- Ensure all visual content maintains brand consistency and adheres to established style guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and video editing, and incorporate them into our content creation process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proven experience (portfolio required) as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Solid knowledge of video production techniques, including filming, lighting, audio recording, and editing.
- Ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs and videos.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, or photography is a plus.
