Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team, specializing in designing engaging social media content and innovative packaging designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling designs across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing and on-brand social media posts, including static graphics, animations, and short videos, to drive engagement and brand awareness. Create innovative and functional packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and appeal to target audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events. Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and packaging formats (boxes, labels, etc.). Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and packaging innovations to keep our brand fresh and competitive. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure packaging designs are production-ready and meet technical specifications. Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and packaging design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Canva, After Effects). Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. Knowledge of social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices. Familiarity with packaging design processes, materials, and printing techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative designs. Must be able to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in graphic design with an emphasis on packaging design Understanding of sustainability in packaging design.
