Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Develop and design creative content for social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and animations that align with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and advertisements.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the front desk and reservations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as in graphic designing and social media marketing with sales knowledge.
• Proficient in designing posts and videos for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sales experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
