We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with our audience. This role involves creating compelling graphics, capturing and editing videos, and managing our social media presence to drive engagement and increase footfall.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our cafe, events, and products.
• Edit videos to produce engaging reels and video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns to promote our brand and offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong video production and editing skills.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas and concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video production work.

Preferred:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Cupcat Software: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
