Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create compelling and innovative designs for our perfume packaging, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and convey the desired message to our target audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations and company materials.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into our designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Feedback Integration: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve the best results.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the perfume, beauty, or luxury goods industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing for fragrance or luxury brands.
• Knowledge of printing processes and materials.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media design trends.
• Familiarity with 3D design and rendering software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
