The Role


Job Objective: To ensure adequate and effective support to the Marketing Department with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and expediency. Key Responsibilities: o Daily production of all advertising pieces such as flyers and newspaper ads. o Utilize various graphic software programs to design and produce brochures, ads, and flyers for print and offline. o Must be versed with photography as site visits and event capture are required. o Create collateral for outdoor signage. o Supervise outdoor installations (flag poles, hoardings, etc.). o Service internal corporate departments (customer service, developments & HR). o Rework and adapt agency guidelines into new collateral. o End-of-year Annual report. o Coordinate with awarded service providers/media buying agencies for timely submissions. o Create relevant collateral from concept to execution. o Documentation and archiving. o Regularly inspect outdoor hoardings and check print releases. o Produce mockups for proposals. o Presentation reworks for management submission. o Ensure compliance with the company's policies, rules, and procedures related to Health, Safety, and Environmental Management. Requirements


Requisite Qualifications: o Bachelor's Degree or Diploma. o Preference for a publication background. o Expert with Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) on MAC platforms. o Knowledge of Flash, video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Hype, HTML, CSS, and any FTP. o Adaptable to work independently, set and prioritize projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. o Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well with others and as part of a team. o Online or hard copy portfolio is a must. Environment and Scope: o Fast-paced, dynamic, highly productive department. o Continuous interaction with other departments, partners, and service providers. o Peak periods may involve additional hours. o Ability to work independently and function well within a team environment. Experience Requirement: o Graduate with 5-10 years of experience or Post-Grad with 4-8 years of experience. Skill Sets: o Creativity and imagination. o Good communication skills. o Knowledge of printing techniques and photography. o Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work within budget. o Ability to find practical solutions to problems.
