Key Responsibilities:- Design and create captivating and visually appealing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials. - Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives. - Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the company across all marketing channels. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and impactful. - Work with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. - Continuously review and improve existing designs to keep them fresh and relevant.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of print production and experience working with external vendors. - Passion for design and a drive to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
