Join the leading and most prestigious team in Dubai's real estate sector. We are hiring a Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant with at •least 1 year of experience in the real estate market in Dubai.•

Key Responsibilities:

Deep Marketing Research:

- Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies.

- Launch and manage ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

- Identify potential advertising sources such as bloggers and events.

- Conduct thorough market research for competitive product presentation.

- Analyse competitors' ads and suggest creative ideas.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Meta Business Suite Account and Google Analytics.

SEO Optimization:

- Optimize SEO using targeted keywords to attract leads and enhance online visibility.

Software Proficiency:

- Display excellent command of Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, Wordstat Yandex, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, AI Marketing tools, Adobe After Effects, Trello/Jira, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, OneDrive, and other advanced marketing and graphic software relevant to the field.

Photography and Videography:

- Capture high-quality photographs of teams, clients, and events.

- Record podcasts, expert videos, and creatives for ad campaigns.

- Record videos of properties and conduct apartment tours with agents.

- Perform professional video editing for YouTube and Reels, showcasing properties and company highlights.

Social Media Management:

- Post engaging content daily across all social media platforms.

- Schedule posts on various social media platforms and use a modern approach to graphic solutions.

- Stay current with trends and brainstorm innovative ideas.

- Create and implement strategies to grow organic followers and leads.

- Respond to client inquiries in social media messengers and handle objections in English, Arabic, or Russian.

- Manage account spam removal and maintain a professional online presence.

- Generate creative ideas for posts and announcements, with designs available in multiple languages.

Design and Branding:

- Select design solutions for the company website and overall branding.

- Create logos and brand corporate merchandise and other products, including mock-ups for various projects.

- Develop branding materials for new subsidiary companies.

- Cover all steps of marketing strategy with high-quality graphic materials.

Content Creation:

- Design compelling content that attracts leads and meets platform-specific requirements.

- Prepare and deliver company and project presentations.

Graphic Design:

- Use advanced graphic software for professional photo retouching, color correction, and unique tasks.

- Ensure proper placement of marketing elements on banners and other promotional materials.

- Possess a strong understanding of typography and send necessary materials to printing houses.

Reporting:

- Conduct weekly reporting and analysis of current metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing, photography, videography, and video editing.

- Proactive approach

- Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and social media content.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, Wordstat Yandex, Figma, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Trello/Jira, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and related software.

- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies.

- Knowledge of SEO practices and content creation for various platforms.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
