- Assist the production of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s internal and external collaterals as per the brand\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
- Assist in general design requests, art-working and day-to-day design needs.
- Update and maintain databases of designs, photography, and video assets.
- Support by working on marketing materials including, but not limited to, digital and print media collateral, touchpoints, and presentations.
- Maintain the inventory and ordering of collaterals and design kits.
- Support departments with photo or video shoots
- Allocate time and resources effectively
- Communicate internally with concerned parties to determine layout designs and implementation procedures.
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, resourceful, helpful and passionate to exceed expectations.
- Education in graphic design or similar design related certification.
- Basic functional knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to understand design requirements with ease.
- Portfolio of work ready to share.
