About Us:

HNW Research and Management Consultancy is a dynamic, project-based company and a rapidly growing organization. We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. they will be responsible for creating visual concepts, communicating ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translate project briefs into engaging and effective visual designs.
• Create visual elements such as logos, illustrations, infographics, and other graphics.
• Develop layouts, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Select colors, images, typography, and layout styles to create cohesive designs.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
• Create presentation templates that align with brand identity and effectively communicate key messages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficient in Figma is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of print and digital design processes.
• Familiarity with web design principles.
• Ability to Commute: Abu Dhabi (Required)
