Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer specializing in creating innovative graphics and visuals, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the visual elements that define our brand. This role involves developing logos, color palettes, typography, and other brand assets that bring each client's vision and values to life. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development

: Design and refine logos, color schemes, typography, and other core brand elements that reflect each client's personality and objectives.

Visual Identity Systems

: Build brand identity systems that are versatile and adaptable for various digital and print media applications.

Creative Concepting

: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop fresh concepts that align with brand strategies and resonate with target audiences.

Design Consistency

: Ensure brand consistency across all channels by creating guidelines and design templates for marketing materials, social media, packaging, and other assets.

Collaboration

: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their vision and objectives, translating them into compelling visual designs.

Research & Trends

: Stay updated on design trends, competitor brands, and emerging branding techniques to bring innovative ideas to each project.

Reports

: Create graphics and visuals for management reports.
Qualifications:

Experience

: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong focus on innovation & AI.

Languages

: Fluency in Arabic & English

Portfolio

: A compelling portfolio showcasing previous branding projects and strong conceptual and creative skills.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) etc.

Design Knowledge

: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand identity principles.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present design concepts to clients and team members.

Attention to Detail

: A meticulous eye for detail and an ability to create polished, professional designs.
