We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with at least

3-5 years of experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for marketing materials, social media, proposals, and internal communication, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements. Create engaging social media content, infographics, and digital assets. Develop branding elements, including logos, icons, and promotional materials. Work on design projects for internal communications, facility signage, and reports. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to produce compelling visuals. Ensure all designs align with company branding and industry standards. Edit images, create animations, and develop visual content for digital campaigns. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or facilities management environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work. Knowledge of social media design trends and digital marketing assets. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
